-2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
-2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
-1 small onion, thinly sliced
-1 beet, pressure cooked and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro green chutney
- 1/ 2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup amul cheese
- 1 loaf of white bread (or your preferred bread)

- On the slice with green chutney, lay down the slices of potatoes, beets, cucumbers, and tomatoes (in that order). Make sure to sprinkle chaat masala in between each layer of veggies.
- Top the veggies with amul cheese. Place the slice with ketchup on top to complete the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich on a pan or in a panini maker and toast both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a side of potato chips. Enjoy!
