Mini Mango Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Original
- 1 32 oz. can Swad Kesar Mango Pulp
- 1 pack Knox Original Unflavored Gelatin
- 3 6-pack Keebler Ready Mini Pie Graham Crusts (18 total)
- 3 6-pack Keebler Ready Mini Pie Graham Crusts (18 total)
Steps
- Mix together all of the Cool Whip, Mango Pulp, and gelatin pack until well combined.
- Spoon into the mini pie crusts until filled.
- Allow pies to settle and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fruit of choice. Enjoy!
