Mini Mango Pie

Ingredients 

- 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Original
- 1 32 oz. can Swad Kesar Mango Pulp
- 1 pack Knox Original Unflavored Gelatin
- 3 6-pack Keebler Ready Mini Pie Graham Crusts (18 total)

Steps

  1. Mix together all of the Cool Whip, Mango Pulp, and gelatin pack until well combined.
  2. Spoon into the mini pie crusts until filled. 
  3. Allow pies to settle and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fruit of choice. Enjoy!
