Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tablespoons milk 
- Ice


Steps

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding ice as needed to create a thick, creamy texture.
  2. Scoop the smoothie out into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, toasted coconut flakes, flax seeds and/or any other toppings of choice. 
  3. Enjoy!
