Paneer Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup amul cheese, shredded
- 1 ready-made pizza crust
Sauce:
- 1 cup plain yogurt, strained
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Maggi hot & sweet sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Place the paneer cubes in the sauce and marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
- After marinating, remove the paneer and set aside.
- Spread a generous layer of the sauce on the pizza crust.
- Top with the paneer, onions, green pepper, corn, and amul cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
